What is Voice Toning? Voice Toning is a gentle form of sound healing and it involves the use of vowel sounds for an extended period of time for therapeutic or meditative purposes. The power of your own voice is incredibly potent when it comes to healing and rebalancing your body and mind. Energy pathways such as the various meridians on the body carrying energy throughout our Being can get activated, balanced, cleansed through the vibration of one’s own voice.

How Do Singing Bowls Work? The vibrations emanating especially from crystal singing bowls create a vortex of vibration that not only allows dense energies to leave one’s system but it also draws in new, fresh energy leaving one energised and refreshed after the session.

Who Can Come? Anyone interested in experiencing the power of sound healing for the purpose of relaxation, meditation, healing, energy clearing and balancing, connection to a beautiful community, connecting to the peace within. Many people simply come to enjoy the good vibrations, upliftment and lasting effects of wellbeing resulting from a sound bath.

What Tools Do You Use? In the Circle, we make use of crystal singing bowls, tibetan singing bowls, healing crystals, herbs and incense.

Where and when? The sessions take place once a month at Elina’s Voice Studio in Gelsenkirchen-Erle in NRW, Germany. Please check here on Google Maps for exact directions. Please find upcoming dates by scrolling up – you will find a list of upcoming events.

How Much Does It Cost? Participating in The Circle costs 50€ per person. Young persons up to 12 years old get free entrance. Individual sessions of 60 minutes costs 80€.
